A special power of attorney is a
legal document that gives a person a specific authority or power to act on
behalf of another person. In a declaration case, a special power of attorney
can be used to authorize the attorney to take certain actions, such as filing a
lawsuit, appearing in court, and negotiating a consent decree.
It is important to note here that
the scope of the Special Power of Attorney is limited and the Special Power of
Attorney gives only the specific powers that are specified in the document.
Also, the special power of attorney holder is only authorized to act on behalf
of the grantor of the special power of attorney as long as the grantor of the
special power of attorney is alive and able to give instructions.

special power of attorney can be revoked at any time by the grantor of the

along with permanent and mandatory injunction between Iftikhar Ahmed etc vs
Mazhar Hussain etc to exercise and enjoy the following powers and rights in
respect of court case regarding above mentioned suit.

To engage advocate on our behalf in this matter.
II.
To act, appear, to cross-examine witnesses etc.
and plead on our behalf in the jurisdiction of any competent court of law.

To appear before the court /tribunal/ appellate or
provisional court or authority concerned as our representative for the purpose
of above case.

To get signed on our behalf in the above said
case.

To sign on our behalf on all the documents
