I Mrs. ABC  S/O, W/O  XYZ having CNIC No.11111-1111111-1 resident of House , Street, Tehsil and District , Country do hereby solemnly affirm, declares and certified: -

 

1.    That Mr. DEF son of XYZ Resident of House , Street, Tehsil and District , Country presently residing at (Country- Abroad) having CNIC: 11111-1111111-1  Passport No.AB1234567(Islamic republic of Pakistan) is my real son.

 

2.    That he is unmarried and living abroad as a single from 29th December, 2015 to till date. That he is neither married nor engaged with any woman in Pakistan from 29th December, 2015 to till date.

 

3.    That I give permission to my son Mr. DEF said to get married abroad. 

 

The above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
